SUMMARY OF COVERAGE CONDITIONS

 

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

 

Limits:

$15,000 any one parcel, (except $2,500 in respect of Xpress Post) and subject to a maximum of $30,000 to any one address per day (except $10,000 per day to any one address in respect of Xpress Post).

Deductible:

$250 Franchise

Approved Couriers:

Courier, Federal Express, Purolator, Xpress Post (Xpress Post is subject to a sub-limit of $2,500 any one parcel).

Basis of Settlement:

Cost Price.

Excluding:

Inbound Shipments.

C.O.D. Shipments

Parcels not reported prior to the end of the business day (local time).

 

Subject to:

Reporting prior to the close of the business day (local time) to CJB Insurance Services Inc.

Premium:

Minimum and Retained Premium $750 per $200,000 of total values shipped plus applicable provincial taxes for an 18 month term. A history of losses may increase the premium
